- These Terms & Conditions govern all training programs, project work, workshops, and any other services provided by FASO Silicon Academy.
2. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment in a program is confirmed only upon full or partial payment of fees as per the course structure.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where FASO Silicon Academy cancels the program.
- Payment must be completed within the deadlines mentioned. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of enrollment.
3. Training & Projects
- All training modules, study materials, and project work are designed solely for educational purposes.
- Students are expected to actively participate in practical sessions and project assignments.
- FASO Silicon Academy does not guarantee job placement but may provide career guidance, mentoring, and industry references wherever possible.
4. Intellectual Property
- Training materials, project documents, software tools, and other resources provided during the program remain the intellectual property of FASO Silicon Academy.
- Students are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain professional behavior during sessions, both online and offline.
- Any misconduct, misuse of resources, or violation of rules may lead to suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
6. Certification
- Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the training program, subject to meeting attendance, assignment, and project requirements.
- FASO Silicon Academy reserves the right to withhold certification in case of non-compliance with program rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
- FASO Silicon Academy is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damages, or consequences arising from the use of training or project outcomes.
- Students are responsible for their own career progression and job applications.
8. Amendments
- FASO Silicon Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
