1. Enrollment & Fee Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of the course fee (full or partial, as applicable).
  • By making payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All training fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where FASO Silicon Academy cancels the program.
  • Program Cancellation by FASO Silicon Academy: If a course is canceled by us due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability), a full refund will be issued.
  • Student Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw from the program after enrollment, no refund will be provided.

3. Transfer / Substitution

  • In special cases (with prior written approval), FASO Silicon Academy may allow you to transfer your enrollment to a future batch or substitute your seat with another eligible candidate.
  • Such decisions are made solely at the discretion of FASO Silicon Academy management.

4. Digital Materials & Project Access

  • Once access to course materials, digital content, or project work has been granted, no refund or cancellation will be entertained.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (only in case of course cancellation by FASO Silicon Academy) will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

6. Disputes

  • Any disputes related to payments or refunds will be governed by the laws of India.
